Hi I'm 16, I have very small yellow bumps or dots on the inner side of the foreskin(not on the shaft), they have been there for quite a while, they don't hurt or itch or anything, they just stay there.How do i get rid of them?

i think i've got the same mine are little yellow bumps that have gathered together, they are under my forskin near the head of my penis i really want to find out what they are so i can get rid of them
its called smegma, clean your foreskin better after jerking off and clean it when your in the shower etc. it should clear up
I can't clean under my forskin because it won't peel back that far and it hurts when the water hits it.. :(
