Hi, I have been bodybuilding for a month now. I must say that it is not what I have expected it to be. And it is very exhausted. Some men at the gym have suggested me to take some supplements but I am not such a fan of them. I also heard that yogurt can help. What can you tell me about it?

It is natural that you get exhausted when you train so much. Weight lifting will make you feel this way. I must say that yogurt is a great way for you to build up the proteins in your body. This is an excellent food for bodybuilders. It can supply you not only with proteins but with calories and carbohydrates as well. It would be even better if you took fruit flavored yogurt.
