Hello. I'm 24 year old male and I'm interested to find out what other people think about my problem. You see, I started to workout when I was teenager and it became almost regular part of my life.
I was very young and didn’t have any other obligations besides going in school everyday. Now, things are changed a bit because I started to work. Can you imagine what it feels like when I'm working part time and taking full loads when I'm in school -incredibly busy. I don’t have time to sleep and exercise is last thing on my mind.
In these last couple of months- I have even gain some weight. Still, I know that exercise is important but I think that maybe in future I will have more time for it. Am I right!?

Definitely no! I believe you are lying to your self. Believe me, you will never have more time then you have now.
If you think that later in life you will have time for everything, workout, business, wife, kids…you are wrong my friend.
The everyday workout or exercise must become the part of you life and you shouldn’t neglect it.
I'm not saying that you must go into gym everyday and work your ass of for two hours but you can't really tell that you don’t have time for 30 - 45 minute walk at around sunrise or some yoga or pilates stretches, exercises and meditation each day.
Beside this- make sure you have an adequate amount of sleep because all this would be useless.
