My Autistic 13 year old daughters teacher is constantly complaining to dcfs that she has a foul feminine odor she started her periods at age 11 but dcfs is listening to teacher and supporting the reports I've heard stress and anxiety and medication can cause this she went to Dr for a possible infection or diabetes like teacher asked both were negative the school and dcfs are demanding she sees a obgyn but she won't let the doctors look or touch her there because she don't trust easily she has intellectual disabilities also I don't smell a odor when sitting next to her or does anyone besides the teacher I have a home health aide that comes 6 days a week at 3:30 after school and showers her. I shower her one the aides 1 day off.. I've dealt with this since the first of October I just think teacher don't like my daughter or the fact we are cigarette smokers and her husband is military and she is always giving herself praises the teacher that is she tries to make herself look perfect in front of school personel and dcfs like she is the better person. I'm done I called special education school board and reported teacher and there working on having my daughter transferred to a different school. Any suggestions on how to help her unknown odor she doesn't always wipe right but the school helps her with what she will let them so I don't know suggestions please....

Hibiclens is the solution. I started this thread. Been using it during shower in morning over a month. No more odor. Finally free after 17 years. Add to vagina and anal area, rinse off.
Dont use inside vaginal or anal hole. Been using it over a month and no odor or side affects. Gave to a friend who has suffered longer than my 17 years - she is finally free. Except she is now socially messed up after all these years. First time in years she is now walking out of her house to visit people without fear of smelling so foul. Its up to you if you use. If, as has been posted, the odor is not from the vagina, how can vaginal flora support probiotics help? I, too, have had this problem for 15 years. It seems to get worse every year. Going to try some of the suggestions listed here. My OB/GYN was of no help.

This is an older post, but I want to share what finally worked for me. Get the boric acid suppositories. You can initially use them twice a day for awhile and then use less. Wear a pad as you will have some discharge. Don't believe it is because you have an infection etc. The PH balance is so easily skewed. I tried Refresh and other products and they did nothing. Sometimes too many hormones with HRT or vaginal hormones will further mess it up.
