Unfortunately we all have different body types and metabolisms so some people will be unable to be as slim as others. As well you have to remember that it isn't always healthy to be thin. What you need to determine is what is a good weight and size for your body type. The most important thing is your health as well as fitness.
My sugestion for you if you want to lose some weight or just firm up is to eat ealthy foods for the most part and limit junk foods. Also exercise or walk. I think walking is one of the best ways to keep in shape and it also helps clear your mind.
But most of all Maria you need to love yourself for who you are and not what you look like.
