When i had time i did trampolining! It is fun and i got so fit. I did it over the summer holidays and i jumped for 5-6 hours a day. I was never tired and my mum brought me food and drink. I had a whole carton of juice when i was thirsty and i didnt eat much. I felt great
My advise: wait for the holidays and go out on yout trampoline or join a club. You wont feel tiredor hungry and you will get fit so quickly. I lost so much over a week but you hav ti then keep it up coz i stopped exercising and i gained weight again now.

Umm you do NOT need to lose weight! 80 pounds for you would be underweight. I'm 13 and your height and I weigh 120, I'd love to be 105. Being at 80 pounds isn't very attractive looking at all for you. Your weight is about perfect! The lowest you should even consider going would be maybe 95, but not even that

105!!!!! I wish I was that skinny! For your height and age that is perfect! I am 13 and I way 185... That's sad. But I discluded myself from my surroundings and moved away from bad food and went to my grandmas house.
