I'm 13 years old, turning 14 november 7th, I weigh about 158-162 lbs and I am 5'10 - 5'11, I feel like i'm fat because I have moobs, and a beer belly, I used to weigh 145 before summer but I gained all this weight, and I dont have any motivation to lose weight and start working out taking creatine again. I'd really like to get abs and just be toned in general, can any one tell me if i'm overweight and give me some advise? Much appreciated, thanks.
Bad news dude, you're normal, healthy, according to the BBC bmi calculator (I'm UK), which puts you at 23.5, smack in 'ideal'.
I have no idea what you can possible have that constitutes a beer belly, with that BMI (and no, I don't want to know either, I'm sure you're fine!)
If you elect (choose) to get fit, get a six pack, become a film star (six-packs didn't do Stallone or Schwarzenegger any harm), but barring that, no, you're certainly not overweight: how much time you put into fitness is down to you, and don't forget that there's fit, and there's packed: a wiry dude can run a marathon, (or drop dead out of starvation); a musclebound hulk might have cardiac arrest (especially if he's OD'd on 'muscle building' chemicals), what's fit really?
Woody Allen did fine with humour. If you want fit, do fit - check out magazines at your book store for men's health, fitness, etc. etc.
Otherwise, go play: burning adrenaline enjoying life works wonders for tone and fitness!!!!!
