im 14 im in 9th grade all my friends are skinny. im not well not sort of not i wear a large to an xL in shirts from holister to AE. i weigh 171lbs :-( i want to weigh 131 at least. ive been walking on a tread mill for 10min then doing 100 situps. i do 5 sets of those. then i do 10min running on it then 100 sit ups. i lift weights. i just dont know if this exercise is going to work can some tell me please?? %-)
Along with exercises you should eat a healthy diet. This will surely help you
