I'm 14 years old and 217 lbs. I have formal coming up this may, and I want to lose some weight for it. Please help?
Hun, you need to walk, run, dance, ect at least one hour a day. Drink lots and lots of water. Eat a medium amount of food during meals, avoiding sugars, fats, and starch as much as possible. After a few weeks, you should notice a sig.ificant difference. Good luck.
