14 Years Old - Lump UNDER left nipple, which is quite painful

I also have one but I have had it for over a year what should I do ?

i'm 14 years old and just yesterday i noticed a lump under my right nipple. It's pretty alarmingly big--about the size of a ping pong ball, but not circle shapped. It sits just below my skin and is not noticable from the outside. It seems like the bump is a part of my breast that has unexplanably hardened or something?? I'm super confused about this, but i don't want to alarm my mom or anything (because she would totally freak out), and i'm also pretty sure it's not cancer because cancer doesn't just spring up THIS big THAT quickly, right? And the lump is very VERY sore. (i don't think tumors are this sore) I just got off my period, so my breasts are both sore to begin with, but this makes it A LOT worse for my right breast. 

If anyone has a medical education, please help.

I'm fourteen too, and I found it last week.

im a guy and like, it's on both nipples, but my left one is more painful than my right. Thank god I googled it, because I thought it could be cancer, may seeming I'm not the only one with the problem, it should be nothing.

i'd love to find a quick and easy way to get rid of both pains.

Yeah so im a dude 14 years old i had the lumps EVERYONE CALM DOWN!!! its just a lump it goes away after a bit, i had them in both and then they went away now i got a bigger one in my left and it sucks. theres GOTTA be a way to get rid of it quick ITS SO ANNOYING!!! so doctor people whats the remedy?

Hey, i'm 14 and I think i'm getting the same thing but it's on my right boob. It's in the same place and everything. I just noticed it a couple days ago and it's starting to scare me.It doesn't hurt unless I touch it or something, but I just want to know what you guys think about it..

My situation is a bit different. I'm 15. I have a lump in each of my nipples. The left is about the size of a cherry and the right one is about 2/3 the size of a regular grape. I've had them both for at least 2 and half years now. Also, they do not cause me any pain at all and have never in the.past, even if touched or even squeezed. I've heard that if they last a long time and do not cause pain it could mean something serious. What do you think?
