It's nothing but puberty. I had it when I was 12-13 on my right. And then again when I was 14 on both. It's all just growing up, if it didn't happen sometime during puberty you're probably not growing.

But if it starts hurting and swelling up I'd go to the doctors.

It will go away unless it gets to the size of your wrist than you will need to go have surgery to get it taken out. but rest assured I have many friends who have lumps under thier nipple even I do but only one needed surgery but his was two times a wrist.

I had marginal success putting my nip in a vice and squeezing out my little rock. Also my Albanian doctor said I should surrender my nipple to a hot needle. It hurt so bad I sh*t myself. But by gum, it worked!

My doctor said that nipple rocks are indicate a high probability of growing full sized breasts by the age of 18.

im 15 i have the same thing in both boobs

i went to the doctor and he said that its normal for boys to have this as its the hormones messing with ur tits

he also said itr was so commen that at least 2 out of 10 of my friends had it

a few months later one of my friends said he was going to the doctor because he thought he had breast cancer... he was wrong as he has the same thing as me XD

its seriously nothing to worry about and should go in ur late teens
