Well Hi I am 15 and I am planning to get my belly pierced in a couple of weeks is there any fast, easy way to loose a bit more of weight so I am more confident when I get my belly pierced. I am 5'2 and 125.

if u do eat gum stop!!, gum gives u gas and makes ur belly bloating. always eat breakfast, a steady one carry water with u and every hour drink 1/2 glass or 1 glass a water. non stop! put a water bottle next to ur bed, in da fridge  carry it with u , and just drink it. well u will want to go to the bathroom every 30 to 45 min but thats good because ur flushing all the toxins out of ur body. any snack ur having , please have a fruit, no sweet fruit ! eat apples, carrots, celery , cantaloupe,  those kind, no strawberries, no purple grapes no of the sweet fruit. all these carry u out through the day so u won't starve. and no pop tarts or cookie, if ur cooking cook with out oil, us water. eat meat , but do less, listen, for the time being avoid anything that has flour, flour makes u puffy, little rice , eat a regular dinner but before 6pm, if ur hungry later in the night cut a little pice of non sweet fruit and have a glass of water. and yeah excise counts too, 15 to 25 min after school, 10 min of abs, 10 min running without stop, after do a 5 min yoga , take a shower. do ur home work eat ur din before 6pm "LITTlE  BIT , instead of drinks drink water. this worked for me last year , and i lost  8 pounds in 1 month , u just have to control urself , and only eat junk food on special occasions, not too much, sometime u have to indulge urself.  you would be surprised how much u would change!
