There's a fabulous free confidential service you can access - a sexual health centre. They're really sensitive to these kind of embarrassing issues - they'll take a look and let you know what's happening. Its probably something simple like thrush but its reassuring to check.
Take a look in your local or regional phone book for the nearest centre.
