Hello, I'm 13 years old and 150 pounds. I am 5 foot 5 inches and I want to loose weight or know if I'm healthy or not (most likely not). I ride my bike 10 miles each week (sometimes 20-30) and do a 30 day workout plan each month (from an app). I have stomach fat that I can't get rid of. Any tips to tone my stomach out before school starts. I'm not upset about my fat I just don't want it.
