Whoever replies thanks. I think i'm going to talk about this to my parents.
I'm just going to say you get erect when you're excited. And if you worry more about your erection than the other person who you are making out with.. you're not going to be excited, you're going to be petrified about social norms.
There is no normal time to get a boner. Usually it happens during sex which is not to say it's abnormal if it doesn't, it just means your mind is elsewhere at the moment
I will try to help you. Now I am not a doctor. But I do know a little something about erections. The issue is blood flow. Now I am not sure about actual medical conditions. It may just be that in some cases there is something functioning improperly. I am not sure about these conditions. All I can focus on is blood flow because that is all I am educated in. The best thing to do is to have a healthy diet. Now I can't list all the things that construct a healthy diet in this short letter. It is up to you to educate yourself. Veggies, fresh fruit, lean meat, all the healthy stuff that tastes bad. Guess what, if you eat healthy it gives you all the vitamins you need to go through all the processes in the body. Including vasocongestion which is what you are interested in. In addition to diet, you must exercise. Abdominal work and cardio are extremely important. I can tell you right now that I eat healthy, I prepare most of my own food and I exercise everyday. I am 29 years old and I get daily erections with very high pressure. I know part of this is genetic, however my lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise insures that my erections continue. So I would say, focus on a healthy lifestyle and I bet the erections will return. Also you must abstain from smoking cigarettes. This will kill your erections. Good Luck to you guys. I know you can do it. I just thought of one more secret. There is a product that is sold at GNC called NO2. It stands for nitrous oxide which dilates blood vessels. I used to take this for muscle building , as a side effect my erections became bigger and fuller. I don't take it anymore because I don't need it because my erections are already big enough. I would stay away from any extenze or male enhancement pills. Good Luck guys.
this sounds exactly like me.. im 16 and saying that this is terrible is an understatement. awhile back, about 8 months ago, i hooked up with a girl from outta town, we were about to have sex and i got interrupted. at that time i had a full hard erection and was about to get it in, no problems. about a month later i had a girlfriend and then a month after that we were planning on having sex. well, when the time came, i could not get a hard on to save my life. i was doing everything i could. i was nervous ill admit, but there wasnt anything holding it up at all. after about 5 minutes of trying to get it up someone pulled up next to our car and we got outta there. i felt relieved i didnt have to tell her what was going on. we dated about 6 months and tried multiple times, but thank god something always came up and i never had to tell her. i now have a new girlfriend and ive taken extenze a couple times before hanging out.. and when i do that i have no problem getting it up. but without it it seems impossible. i dont always know when were going to be doing stuff so its hard to keep this going the way it is. i need a permanent fix, and fast. any suggestions would help at this point..
by the way i am 16 years old, i work out 6-8 times a week, am in incredibly good athletic health, have a healthy balanced diet, i am 5'6 150 pounds at 9% body fat, and the only workout supplements i take are kre alkalyn and a protein shake. i took about a 3 month supply of a light testosterone booster and was having no problems when i was taking that. it was about 3 months after i stopped that this happened. could that have contributed even though it was almost a miniscule dosage?..
