i Hi Hope,
You should be happy with what you weigh and losing more shouldnt be an option I would suggest that you tone up and gain muscle to support your body and to help fight against illness, ie cold, chest infections etc. You're a great wieght and alot of people would love to be 8 stone! :)
Am 21 and I weight 7 stone which is underweight but I have suffered anorexia all my life but still fall into it but if you lose weight your going to be labelled this and its not nice at all due to it makes you feel like rubbish and you will get yourself down and wont eat at all.... keep your chin up and be proud of what you weigh :) xx
i
This is for the 11 year old who weighs 7.6 stone.
You're only 11 so making you in primary school right? Play with the other kids and just have fun, you don't need to be worrying about your weight at your age, I too was tall at your age and weighed roughly the same, I'm now 18 and according to the scales I have I'm slightly over-weight. If you saw me you wouldn't think it though, I wear a UK size 10 occasionally a 12 but that's just because I have a big ass. Muscle weighs more than fat so don't bother with the scales just judge it by how your clothes fit. Don't diet or go jogging (unless you enjoy running) or making any drastic changes, just have fun with your friends and enjoy it while you can. If your doctor says that you need to lose some weight to be healthy then just cut out the chocolate bar or bag of crisps in your packed lunch and take up a sports club at school. At the end of the day your body is still growing and changing and will keep on doing so til you're around 21, I mean heck my bodies still changing.
Hope this helped you.
Oh and for the original question, girl don't be stupid. If you want to get ill and spend your life in and out of hospital then lose more weight, if you want to be healthy and beautiful then maintain your weight of even put a few pounds on. It's not about our weight, it's about our health. We may all look different in shapes but as long as we're all healthy then there's no problem.
hope this helped,
xxxx
