It could be your epidymis. You have one on both testicles and yes, they can get infected and cause pain. It is very common and can be due to a number of reasons. It could be due to an UTI that spread.
It can also be a sign of an STD, gonorrhea or chlamydia. Are you sexually active?
Best bet, check with your doctor. If it is epididymitis you'll need antibiotics.
