i'm a 20 year old female && lately i've been having this slight pounding on the left side of my chest. it's not painful...i can just feel it pounding. like a twitch. it happens randomly throughout the day. is it a nerve just twitching? could it be something i'm eating? i have been drinking a lot of coffee lately.
i'd think if it was my heart it's be painful...
