I'm a late bloomer and i didnt really start experiencing puberty until 17/18. Im 21 right now and my voice is just now getting deeper, i have also gotten taller, my shoulders are more broaden, my penis is actually just now growing in lenght, my scrotum is just now getting bigger but they still have not drop yet but they are hanging lower though. By the way my penis is still not getting wider yet. I'm I a super late bloomer because I'm just now starting to feel the hormonal changes and I still have a lot of developing to do both mentally and physically.
