I am currently 24 years of age. I have had hemroids for about a year. I just had a colonoscopy 8 weeks ago and it did confirm many hemroids near rectal area. My hemroids come out when I have BM and while they are not painful they are annoying; they sometimes go away after a few hours but sometimes i have to force them back in. I do bleed sometimes during and after BM.
A few days ago I had a really bad bleed and there were these grape like tissues filled with blood that came out and my butt bled constantly for hour or so; I was afraid I was losing too much blood; looked like a scene from Saw or something. It did eventually stop and I was able to get hemroid back in there with some pushing.
My questions are
1.) what are the small grape like blood sacks that came out with my stool?
2.) I'm looking to have them surgically removed if possible; creams and diet/lifestyle change hasn't worked out yet. Is this a good idea?
3.) Any oral medication to reduce swelling or inflammation
I plan on talking to my doctor again Monday just wondering if there are any thoughts. thanks~

Sounds like you may have rectal prolapse resulting from your hemorrhoids. I agree that surgery is the best solution.
Without a doctor examining it's not clear what the sacs were, and therefore I would recommend seeing your doctor as you are going to. Particularly if there was significant bleeding. Must've been very scary for you.
It may be that your haemorrhoids can be shrunk using injections. If not then surgery is the only way to remove them for good. I am a similar age to you and had surgery 3 months ago: and am glad I had it done. But a doctor can talk you through all the different options.
Best of luck.
