Hi you guys! I was wondering if any of you tried the 3 hour diet. I ran into it online and am thinking about becoming the online member. Is there anyone who had success with this diet?
I ran into it too. I didn’t get it all because you have to pay to see and learn everything but it actually sounds similar to a diet I used to be on where I lost 20lbs in 3 months, which is very good in my point of you. I don’t know the name of the diet I was on but it also suggests eating every three hours but you don’t get to eat the things you enjoy. In my diet I was having a lot of fruits, diary products, cooked meat and that’s it. I was eating only 800 calories during the first month but went onto 1200 and 1400 for the next two months. 3 hour diet also suggests eating 1400 calories a day with a lot of fruits and then a combination of all sorts of other foods and foods groups. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see what foods. I just wanted to let you know that there could be something in their story. Another thing that is true, you eat every three hours, small portions and you never feel hungry.
