3 months after abortion still bleeding..

Well im in the same boat and its been three months for me also, and im about to flip my lid! I will never take that freaking pill again if anyone has any information please share.

There can be severe emotional and psychological (not to mention economical) consequences for having a kid when you are unprepared.

She said no anti abortion sh*t! Ppl can have abortions for personal reasons very important to them or whatever you have no idea until your in their shoes!!! Ppl can have abortions and be fine w themselves! 

Mindy- I'm aware this post was a year ago however, don't say ur not gna give her a "pro life speech" when clearly ur intention was to make her feel bad about the situation. You don't know her life or her circumstances, so to make those comments, and have the nerve to speak of God as if you're some authority and JUDGING her (very obvious in ur pathetic attempt to give a helpful response ) people like you need to STOP assuming things about others who make decisions that have NOTHING to do with u...at all. And for the record...the completly MADE UP STATISTICS thrown out by the pro life pieces of sh*t are 100% false. I have had 2 abortions. The ONLY feeling I had then (7 yrs ago now ) was and still is RELIEF!! Lol. It is not some terrible feeling of guilt and sadness, it's a relief for 9/10 women that get abortions. Stop the bs statistics, stop harassing women who CHOSE what's best for THEM and worry about YOU.

Oh, and one more thing....all ur c**p about the "mistakes " Dr's make and accidentally cutting where they shouldn't, literally happens in LESS than 2% of abortions (usually the ones some women HAVE to go to bc people like u and politicians are SHUTTING down clinics by burying them in BS red tape)

Worry about your own life...let God judge, and don't u dare think for one second that u are any authority to tell someone they are wrong in their choice, then bring God into it. Personally I have a relationship with God AND I've had 2 abortions. I Don't regret either of mine for one second. Best decision for ME. And this girl made the choice that was right for HER.

PRO LIFERS have got to stop trying to scare young girls (bc it def doesn't do anything for women over age 20). Your doing more damage than good lady.

PS- God is the ONLY authority to judge. Your job as a Christian is to be understanding, and kind to others, whether u agree or not with someone's choice. Remember that.

Not sure what abortion you had but I know with mine you weren't supposed to use tampons and they told me if you fill 2 maxi pads in 2 hours you need to either call them or go to the ER. for your safety you should call them

You will be fine I bleed for months as well just get on birth control to stop the bleeding

Clearly she said not judge her. 100 women a day, grown and young alike make the same decision she did. My advice would be to tell your parents because they will love you no matter what.

I had my abortion in the early January, and it was blood for about 2-3 weeks then it went to being a really heavy brown colour I just thought that was the end (old blood) and as the weeks went on it was still the same, I went to the doctors they gave me some antibiotics for a pelvic infection, but it changes from blood to brown and it burns... Any advice on what it actually could be?

For hehe passed 2 months or maybe even 3 my period hasnt gone away it gets dark and spotting but then gets red but never too heavy..
I don't know own what it is but I'm going in the the hospital sometime this week

Any thing change? Did you finally stop bleeding? I had an abortion done almost eight weeks ago I bled heavy for a month and once my "period" came I pretty much stopped bleeding (I call it my period because it was my off week from birth control) ever since my period I've been spotting lots but nothing like before. But now tonight the amount of blood coming out of me woke me up out of my sleep. I'm getting very concerned about what's going on with my uterus. Thanks for reading any answers will be much appreciated.

Good advice .. Until the " giving up on your baby.. Etc" . She asked for only medical advice.. Not anti c**p. Shame on you for even writing that. This is why so many girls don't seek medical advice when they have complications. Just go to a doctor or ER right ? Then they may have to deal with attitudes like that and judgement. And bringing up God? How dare you. God would be ashamed of your little comments at the end. Just couldn't help it could you? Next time , just post medical advice and keep the other comments to yourself. And to whoever is seeking help, you are not alone. And God loves you matter what. And don't let the anti attitudes get to you. It seems that it's hard to get help and no where to go. I've been through what you are going through. I am still physically recovering after almost 6 months. And even when I had to have it done for medical reasons, I get attitudes when seeking help. I went to an ER after 3 months straight bleeding and the doctor was horrible to me. He gave me stuff for a viral infection and was ignoring why j was there. It was so hard to even go to the ER. But my husband and mom insisted after what I was going through that I had to go in. I left the ER in tears , and still bleeding . It's been 3 months and I'm still bleeding. And what to do? Where do I go? Online looking for help and all I seem to get is people options. I have 5 kids. And when I got pregnant, it was a shock . Because I am going through some medical therapy and on certain medications , the fetus was developing abnormally and there a wide range of problems . My health was also an issue. If I went full term , which was not medically recommend , I could face problems that may cause me to loose my own life as well as the baby's. After a very hard time of thinking what to do, I decided to go ahead with the surgical abortion. And cried for weeks.. The procedure was horribly painful. Worst pain in my life, and I had 3 babies with no pain killers, and this was far worst. I was crying while the surgery was happening and the pain was so much ! They make it sound like nothing . It's just supposed to feel like cramping. But it was sharp and felt like stabbing . The lady didn't seem to care too much and almost seemed in a rush to get out of there. No recovery room after, no checking my vitals , or even an ultrasound. They just said to go ahead and get dressed and go home. I bleed heavy and non stop , and even passed huge clots bigger than a golf ball. Bleeding got not as heavy after a month, but never stopped . Like a heavy period day , but now it's going on 6 months. The pain still comes and goes in my side area, and every day is a reminder . So while looking for help, it'd be great to just get Help and nothing more!

I bleed that long to but it stopped should I Still be worried .......that was two years ago

Girl I had an d& c on Feb 9th its now April 30th so I know how you feel I'm still bleeding also its not like flowing out but its on the pad they told me to where and when I change my pad the blood is black so if anyone seriously can help us please ????????

I have had an abortion done on April 1, 2016. And since then I have been bleeding none stop. It slows down, here and there, then comes back heavy. I do work on my feet full time. I'm always on the run. No foul odors. But it is very annoying to still be bleeding over a month. It doesn't help that I had a IUD brith control. Which I think is the reason for all this bleeding. My body is re-building the hormones I lost. but enough is enough, I'm calling my doctor tomorrow. I can no longer go through this.

 The last thing this woman needs to hear is your condescending yadda-yadda about some God.
