4 month old baby has fever for 4 days , fever reduces when she take acetaminophen venous, she is hospital after 3 or 4 hours fever increases again,doctor can't diagnose ,Urine test and blood test are fine ,what are other reasons for fever? please advise me
ask them to do a PNA (it's a snot test) and a fecal test. It could be viral.
