Just over two months of quitting and still experiencing severe withdrawals. Brain fog, light headedness, no balance, fatigue, anxiety, muscle pain, tingling in hands and feet, feel like something is wrong with me all the time. Went to ER couple times for stomach and chest pains and everything came back normal. It's our minds telling us something is wrong because we do not have nicotine in it. Don't give in. It's all in your head. Be positive think positive!

I quit less then 3 months ago. The first 3 day were very hard, after, is like gain a new life. 40 to 60 cigarettes a day in my last 20 years. I think you have a different issue than nicotine withdrawal.
