It depends on what you mean by okay with your weight. I think there's first of all a misconception that being overweight means that you are unhealthy, but if you exercise regularly then you should be fine. If you are looking to lose weight in certain parts of your body, you can't do that. You have to lose fat on your entire body, so you will need to exercise to lose weight anywhere on your body.
