Hey guys! My english may be a little bad, but I just want to help you out :) I'm 20 years old, I've smoked weed for 2 years every single day, I was high everyday and I loved it! Than I got pregnant and stoped. I haven't smoked for 10 months, than I was with my friends and I smoked pot. I was sooo damn high! I thought I was dying, couldn't feel my legs, I tried to eat to get down a bit, but I couldn't feel the food in my mouth! I was scared to death. After 3h hours I tried to sleep. In the morning when I woke up I was feeling like everything is fake. My boyfriend told me that he went trough this but he smoked again and it went away. But I don't to smoke ever again. I'm at day 6, I still feel like this, but a little bit better. I can't remember what I was doing last 6 days. I take care of my baby and everything, but I'm feeling weird. I just want to say that when I'm thinking positive I feel better, I'm drinking a lot of water and eating fruits whith alot of vitamin C. I hope this helps somebody. I'm shure this will go away, we just need to stay positive. Everyday for me is better than the previous one. Sorry again for my bad english, I'm from Serbia. I will write when it stops for 100%. I wanted a succes story, mine maybe isn't full succsed but it will be, I'm sure so will yours :)

Well, what i can advise, (what i did, not sure if it will work for you) I did alot of team sports, I was around friends most off the time, i, tried to stay positive, (i know it isn't easy) and try and listen to alot of calming music, it's the only "activity" that stimulates the whole brain!! (go look up "Binatural Beats" on YouTube, that actually helped me alot!! And, only do this if you can, try and do stuff that'll will give you an adrenaline rush (I play rugby) That might help you aswell!! Let me know how you are doing, alright?? Goodluck!! (I wouldn't suggest you smoke weed agian soon....) ((I haven't tried it agian))

Hey there, it's me again. I went to my psychiatrist yesterday (i go 'cause I have anxiety for a few months) and told her about this and she said that all this is NOT A BIG DEAL AS IT SEEMS IN MY HEAD. SO EVERYTHING WITH US IS OKEY AND IT WILL GO AWAY!!!! I told her how much scared I am and she told me just to be calm and to think positive. I am feeling almost like myself, I have some weird feeling and the dream feeling still, but its MUCH better than 2 weeks ago. Sometimes, when I am doing something I forget about all this and I feel normal, so my advice is to keep yourself bizy and be around people, that helped me ALOT. But I had a question, do you guys had vivid dreams while you were/are feeling like this??

Nobody can tell you that for sure. Everyones body is different. For me, the first few days, were horrible, but when I came here and saw how many people are dealing with this I felt better. Its been almost a month since I feel like this, but it's MUCH better, really. I went to my psychiatrist l, I told her what how I feel and she said that I don't need to worry so much, that it's not as scary as it looks. So everything with you is fine and it will go away. I'm feeling 80% better, but listen.. you MUST be around people and chill with them. That helped me to forget about what I am going trough and drinking alot of water helped me aswell. Everything will be fine, trust me :) ( sorry for my english)

do not f*****g do that oh my god. as a sufferer of depersonalisation due to marijuana use - that is exactly how it happened for me. I smoked weed everyday and loved it, then one day I woke up, got blazed off chronic, came inside, put on my favourite tunes, freaked the f**k out everything seemed so fake, then questioned "why am i here" "what the f**k is that voice in my head" "how the f**k am i hearing music" "EVERY. THING. IS. FAKE". you feel trapped in your head like you are only your mind and your body is a separate being you are observing. I thought suicide was the answer to end it too - like how can i live thinking these things I've thought. do not ask yourself why anything exists or what is what. because there is no answer. if this happens to you STAY OFF POT AND EXERCISE AND EMERSE YOURSELF IN THE WORLD and try not to think of it. I'm trying to.

hey, theres no say in all honesty WHEN it will go away. but you can make it bearable and eventually go away. for example exercise, eating healthy and being with people helps. Its basically an imbalance of chemicals in the brain, so when you get back to that normal state you'll feel it. good luck.
