I went on a vacation with my friends about 7 months ago. I felt like I had to poop all weekend on the road trip but never did or never could. When I finally did after 2 days that is when all hell broke loose. They first thought it was a fissure, so when they went to operate the surgeon saw no fissure. So I was misdiagnosed and treating a fissure conservatively for 2 months when I never had one. I then had 2 bandings done about 4 months ago and a Hemorrhoidectomy about 3 months ago and I really feel no relief still. It feels like a dull painful lump deep in rectum. When I get an erection or ejaculate it makes the rectal pain 10x worse too. I heard some things about Pudendal Neuralgia because it fit a ton of my symptoms and gets mis-diagnosed with Hemorrhoids or maybe I am having Pelvic Floor issues but the colorectal surgeon thinks its pain from the scar tissue of the hemorrhoid he excised that seemed to cause the most pain, but I had that same exact pain before the surgeries. Only difference is it's just not the hemorrhoids now it's the scar tissues from the surgery of removing them. So should I see a neurologist for Pudendal Neuralgia or just live this awful quality of life that I have and I am for the past 7 months and hope my colo-rectal is accurate by saying it just needs to heal longer? It hurts when I sit and feels better when I lay down or sit on the toilet seat and I feel best when I wake up. I have already taken a semester off school and feel like it has gone to waste because nothing has gotten better really. The quality of my life has sucked soooooooooo bad, and my regular has already recommended anti-depressants just to help me out in my head because I have gotten so depressed. I can't take them though because I take loritab for this pain in my ass!!! I need help from anybody please that has any ideas. My stomach gets cramps a lot, I feel like I have to clinch my rectum a lot, my pelvis has a ton of pressure all the time, I always feel like I have stool deep in my rectum but it hurts too. Please Please Please Help ME.

Thanks.
