In India this medicine is available and is sold as NITROGESIC cream. My wife is suffering since last six months. No pain but bleeding occurred three times. Doctor advised surgery. Surgeon advised Stapled Anaprexy. Colonoscopy done and moderate internal hemorrhoid reported. Surgeon reported Third Degree Hemorrhoid. After reading your article, asked doctor who was not aware of such treatment, but advised me to give a try. Today started treatment. She felt slight irritation after applying the cream and latter on had mild headache also.
Read again. He is saying they call a drug store (USA terminology) a chemist in Australia. He is correct.

WOW, you must be from the Southern United States (aka Dixie) because 1. the lady did NOT say drug store, she described what the Aussies call a drug store 2. you are very condemning of the lady without cause. My hemorroids are 100 % cured after 3 weeks of treatment. Completely gone. Together it's 2 months after I've started treatment, and there is no sign of them coming back.
He said he went to a chemist in Australia (what they call drug store in Australia). It is obvious he meant to type America instead of the latter Australia.

i had hemorhoids,treated with medical LEECHES,in russia you can by them in pharmacy store,it also lowered my cholesterol which was 3 times high from norm,also bilirubin and other,i dont know english well
