A question about testicle transplant

Thank you - I totally agree with you - the psychological effect can be devastating. I had testicular cancer and the right testis was removed, but I was given a prosthetic one. Its amazing how much better I feel psychologically although it is entirely cosmetic. But, now what I worry about a lot is what if I lose the other testicle... :(

I'm sure a lot of men would be very willing to donate at least one healthy testicle to other men and boys once they are done having as many kids as they want and are ready to turn off their two sperm factories permanently. And since the men who start having kids at an early age will also usually end their studding days early after having enough kids to want to stop making any more kids at a young age and sooner than other men do, there would be a ready supply of different aged men done having kids and ready to give one testicle to other men and boys. What better way to utilize a proven healthy testicle and sperm than to give it to another man or boy who's eager to use it for having families and being able to have great sex with it for a second lifetime. Most guys are way more generous than people think. Most men prize their balls and their virility way more than most would admit. Who wants all of his untold millions of healthy sperm and healthy testicles to both to go unused and wasted after just having a few kids of his own. And a lot of men would really get off on the idea that their donated testicle is being ideally used again to make more kids and a new family after they are done with their own ideal family size. That's way better than just getting a vasectomy and no more sperm being used at all. Men could donate one healthy testicle right when they get their vasectomies done and do both cuttings in one surgery and with only one healing time after. I bet a lot of healthy men and even very young men not wanting to have any kids, would eagerly line up to donate one of their own testicles and do it at all different ages to supply young and healthy testicles to other males who are missing one or two. Since one testicle can do the work of two, a lot of men wouldn't mind donating their spare nut to a guy needing it and willing to use it maximally. The men wanting to donate one ball would far outnumber the number of men and boys needing one or two testicle transplants. And I bet lots of wives wouldn't even mind their husbands, especially divorced men, giving away one of their testicles to a worthy man or boy who needs one. Guys could even get two testicles transplanted from two different donor men and have an unmatched pair that could father different kids from each testicle. Then no one would know which donor was the sperm provider for each kid born to the transplant father. Some men can't imagine not having two testicles. But after having all the kids a man wants to raise, he can see the logic of not needing two after that and wanting at least one of his prize balls to go on breeding and enjoying sex on another man's body. I do. What do other men think of this idea?

I'm with you on that. Stallion or bull nuts grafted on a man's balls would allow sex to go on forever and what giant loads you'd shoot !!! Maybe grow yourself a huge horse penis too. lol

Its great you are that generous to your brother and willing to do that. Not many men would be willing to give up their own nut like that. But just donating your sperm for him at any time he wants to use your sperm to make babies in the future would do exactly the same as if he could have your testicle transplanted. Its exactly the same sperm coming out of your testicles, no matter who that testicle is attached to. So the best is to just donate your sperm and keep your balls on you and ever ready for making sperm for him to use. But what a heroic brother to offer such a big sacrifice for his little brother. You got some real hero balls hanging on you Bud.

Speaking as a physician, there are far, FAR better ways to deal with the psychological impact of losing a testicle than transplant surgery. This is not a question of lacking "awareness and sensitivity", but an objective measure of the risks of transplant surgery. With very few exceptions, counselling sessions do not carry the risk of death. If all non-invasive therapy attempts fail, then at the most I would consider implanting a prosthetic (plastic) testicle.

My testcles never grew to adult size because of the mumps is there a cute for me

My only question is if it has the potential to increase lost virility and hormones and sperm quantity. I only care about myself not impregnating anyone.
