I got the same thing and I'm pretty sure it's a lymphocele. These apparently happen when your penis is injured while having sex or jerking off. Lymph will be trapped and a bump will swell up. I don't know for sure though because I did manage to pop it and a LOT of puss came out and then I bled. The bump didn't go down fast so I took a needle and poked it and only blood came out so I'm a little pissed. It hasn't gone down yet but a little lymph did come out so I'm sure that's what it is. Lymphocele will usually go down after a few days.
Seems like I'm not alone. Saw that spot on my penis for a couple days now.. I've been freaking out that I'm infected or something but then, I have no aches or itches or burning sensations. I just want it to go away tbh.. mean like who wants to see a weird spot on their penis.

I have the same problem now and had it before. Try to pop it. If it doesn't pop, poke it with a needle gently right in the middle of it then pop it. Then spray it with hydroperoxide. Put band-aid on it when you wake up in the morning and take it off when you go to sleep. This helps the wound to dry and heal fast. In two days you'll be back to jerking off and having sex again.
