i have noticed that on each of my boyfriends testicals he has a small lump growing from them one is bigger than the other i have said to him to get it check but i think he is just to scared to go i wondered if u would b able to help me to find out wot this may be. :'(
Have you considered going with him to see the doctor?
It's possible that these small lumps are supposed to be there... the epididimous or something similar.
