I think it happens when you stretch something out. Earlier I worked out today and when I was done I felt the pain. It usually happens when workout and do push ups or sit ups. I think it just becomes stretched, usually takes a day or two for it to go away

I have the same issue with pop, could be the carbonation that causes the irritation rather than the caffeine. Easiest way to tell is have pop without caffeine like ginger ale or 7up, if the pain still happens you know it's the carbonation. That's how it is for me anyways :) I'm so glad to finally have found what's wrong with me.

Just had this pain intensely for the first time involuntarily. Throughout my life, when cleaning my belly button I'd get a sharp current of pain from the navel right to the tip of my penis. Lately my tail bone and seemingly my rectum has been uncomfortable from my new chair and then all of the sudden I felt the terrible gut pain extending right to my penis. Like it is coming from my small bladder and following my urinary tract?

Hello, Sorry for your pain. I have the same problem and there is something called Navel displacement. And it cannot be diagnosed. Please do some research on this. There are some videos on you tube explaining this. Give this a try, they only mention some yoga postures for the cure.

I am not positive but it could be as simple as poor posture. I hae had the same types of symptoms for a while and noticed it subsided the more stretching i did. It may be a very tight muscle that is being pulled on when you try to stand straight. Just like the psoad, it may be caused from excessive sitting or repetitive exercises, causing hyperlordosis so whenever you to to stand correctly the tight muscle gets a lot of strain

Dude I have the exact same thing, feels as if a cord connects my penis to my belly button and leaning backwards makes it hurt really bad as if I were pulling on it. When this happens I really cannot play any sports because I have to slouch over. It happens maybe once every three months. I hate it, I have it right now and I just want to know what it is.
