I have the same issues, however I gained almost 15 pounds as well and lack of exercise. I'm being straight honest, have any of u guys lost weight and tried more exercise movement, trust me, this keeps that feeling away, when u gain weight it's putting more of a strain on that hernia which causes a pulling effect. Please let me know if this helps

To further strengthen your argument. This is the EXACT same thing that happened to me. Hernia removed, pain came back, neuroma!! Neuromas can reappear even after several surguries however. This is what makes it so tricky, I've already two surguries with some
Improvement from both but now Im back at it again.

I am 60 years old and just experienced the same problem. I am glad I am not the only one. It makes me feel better by knowing so many people sharing this experience and is not something serious. In my case, it happened after I did some weight lifting. After I sat down for about 20 minutes, I stood up and immediately felt the pain from my belly button extended to my penis. It went away after I stretched my body a bit but my penis felt uncomfortable for the entire day.

Hi. Thank you for this advise. I'm having the same problem. Although a nerve came out from my rectum area. So when trying to push it up I felt it in my belly area. I've been icing it. But my bellybutton area feels weird. But I'll try this method.

20 y/o female here.. usually experience it one to two times a year. I don't really have any input other than it sucks. It is strange to see how many people have it and have inquired with their doctors, yet no one seems to have an answer as to what exactly it is.

Thank you. At the very least you've helped my stop worrying for the day. I think I have the same thing. I think it's from years of not eating enough fiber, and years of lifting things improperly.
