Hi LErm i think you are asking if it is safe to only have you boyfriend using a condom when engaging in sex. This is effective at preventing pregnancy and STIs yes but the condom is 98% effective so every 2 out of 100 times you could get pregnant. You should try and get onto the pill or implant or some other form as dual contraception (2 types at once i.e pill and condom) is much safer and more effetive but yes you will likely not get pregnant if your boyfriend is using a condom.

True, but you should also know, using a condom doesn't mean you're 98% safe. If you use it incorrectly the percentage will be lower. So if the condom breaks/tears/slips off, then there might be a change you'll get pregnant if he ejaculates inside.
