So far i've lost weight and took up painkillers regularly and so far the pain is gone. But sometimes it's still there but not like in the past. I think losing weight proper diet and a little of exercise daily would help. Try not sitting the whole day. Garlic and pain killers are the best remedy for me. I hope this would help.
Its 2010. I notice the previous posts are from years ago, however, I have the very same problem.

I am am my wits end and now awaiting an ultrasound but this will take weeks - what is wrong with me?

hay guys, I've read most of these comments and I've had the same problem with pain around right testical and upper right leg. I am 23 now and play soccer and lift weights. About 2 years ago I had an MRI done to see what the problem was but doctor said that I must have pulled a tendon in my leg causing pain to my groin. So I stopped playing soccer for 3 months, but as soon as I started same pain came back. Seems like I can't do much physical activity. I am going back to get checked again, who knows, it might be an ingunial hernia.
Hi everybody. me too. I have the same problem. when my left testicles ache, my left leg also ache. I think, maybe there are veins that are connected to each other. Also, when I urinated or defecated, some white liquid or it might be semen or prostate gland. I am really worried about this.
u will know if you have testicular cancer by the firmness and size of the testicle. either way, go for ultrasound to clear your head. testicular cancer is rare - but the most common cancer in caucasion males 15-35. if detected early, it is 95-97% curable. i was diagnosed on 1/20/10; i found it myself bc of the size change. my right testicle blew up to 3x the size of the left one overnight. go get checked! chances are, that it is not cancer, as there are a ton of things it could be. but anyone who is uncomfortable is being stupid to wait.
I have similar symptoms and found this page which I think explains my condition... The doctors gave me a clean bill of health.
I think the cause for me is not enough exercise, since my knee has been injured. Hope this helps. Remember to check for something more seriuos.

I've had this problem for a few years now [I'm 21 now, was probably about 16 when it started after I had a hard landing on my motorbike], but in the first few months it wasn't bad, until it got pretty painful in my right testicle. I went to get an ultrasound after my doctor couldn't find anything abnormal, and my ultrasound came back clear which rules out cancer [Phew].
I get a pretty painful ache in my right thigh, on the inside of my leg where the groin area is, as if it's the vein that runs down the inside of your thigh, and my right testicle aches pretty bad too, though massaging it kind of helps. It's like, an ache on the "inside" of my testicle and leg, not a pain like a cut or bruise, you all know what I mean.
I've had no courses of medication, and pretty sure it doesn't work after reading all the replies here. I think it's just one of those things, as it effects both testicles and not just one. Oh and mine is definatley not twisted or tangled otherwise I would definatley know! I get no pain when urinating, though during sexual intercourse it kind of aches at times and my leg is prone to cramping more than my left leg :/
Anyway, yes people still reply to this thread in 2010 which is a good sign, though no one has posted anything regarding cures which is disheartening :-(

i have a very similar situation with you.. sad to say i have this almost a year now and still suffering from it. I rarely experience my testicle aching but my right leg is still unstable. I feel my right testicle aches when i sneeze or exert force. But it happens rarely now after taking up pain killers and paracetamols. Ill try a therapy tomorrow and i will report back here if anything good happens. God bless us all.

i've had the same issue with my left testicle for a couple months now.Went to the doc and he told me it was epididimitis.after 2 weeks of antibiotic is seems to be gone.a month later back the same.I guess i'm going back to the doc,but it's good to know alot of other guys are having the same issue with so major problems.

I'm currently 26 years old, and around 6 or so years ago, I started to get a dull ache in my right testicle. I went to several different physicians, and urologists, and had an ultrasound performed. Found nothing. I was never diagnosed with anything, and so I have learned to live with it. It comes and goes, and it's nothing painful... just a dull ache. My guess is that it's been a twisted vein or something like that. BUT, just recently, the achiness has started to radiate down my right leg. Mostly from my knee up. And it is getting more constant. I don't know if there is a relation. I don't see how it would take so many years to begin to radiate to my leg. Either way, I'm debating whether or not to go back to the Doctors and get this checked out again!!

The pain could be coming from the back it might be worth checking this out
sounds like what I have... which is priformis syndrome and very commonly mis diagnosed... look it up and see if the symptoms match yours plus the testicular aching.
