Ok maybe it sounded funny in the topic but this is very embarasing for me too.. I have something like and acne on my butt crack and a small hole under it. its not the anus its another.. and when I press the acne ( that happens every time even when I walk) blood or some funny looking green liquid comes out from the little hole.. I haven't been to the doctor yet.. I am too embarased to go... I need your opinion... :$ :'(
it's probably a pilonidal cyst
