I am a fifteen year old female and have been taking adderall (generic) for about two years now. I personally experience a fast heart beat, being wide awake even with a bad night of sleep, anxiousness, happiness, and excitement from the drug. People often refer to the symptoms of those similar to meth. Anyway, I never experienced headaches or a dry mouth. Maybe a more appropriate amount would be 20 or 25 mg. Also, you will know if it is working by being able to stay focused on a task and being able to finish it. I would personally try it for about a month or so and if it isn't working for you, talk to your doctor to get the right drug for you ADHD. Good luck with the adderall.

Adderall is basically Meth, without the Methyl molecule attached, I have abused both substances. In the long run Adderall is not going to be good for you. Matter of fact, amphetamines are toxic to your brain and it's going to eventually fry your dopamine receptors. There is no such thing as ADD, in reality it's just your bodies natural reaction to living in this un-natural, spiritually dead culture we live in. If you having trouble concentrating on certain subjects, then that's just your soul not being interested, probably because it was a c**p idea in the first place.

Basically, im trying to say that if you want to live a healthy, balanced life, then stop taking Adderall. This is coming from somebody who has tried every single drug in the book.
