I have been addicted for over 40 years and it's bad. I have been trying the method of only using in one nostril for the past YEAR and it is still completely congested. I use Otrivin .05 only once at night, but that side has become extremely problematic. It gives relief for only a short time, and the rest of the time that side is full of mucus that is constantly being released and I sneeze and blow my nose all day long. I have had lots of issues with sleeping, and now see that it's actually been Otrivin causing it. Really bad addiction, and the product should be banned, period. Any suggestions for severe congestion like mine which is getting so chronic that it's scaring me?
