I am wanting to lose some weight in the following areas:
-stomach
-face
-under chin area
I can not do very much physical activities because of health problems and getting overheated.
-Does anyone have a miracle product that worked wonders for them without having to do much extra work?
-Or does anyone have any tricks that they have learned that could help me to lose a few pounds quickly and easily?
I am wanting to get pregnant but would like to lose a few pounds before I get pregnant with all that baby weight. :-)

when you start to drop weight your face will be the first place you will start to notice it. i have found that you can't do one without the other to loose weight.
i go for walks when ever i can, drink a lot of water, watch the carbs and fat i take in. fresh vegetables are always a good choice, and so is baked or grilled chicken and fish. i take a 1 A DAY energy pill to get me going in the morning. you just have to make sure if you are eating a lot of sweets or fatty foods, you have to have some type of vigorous exercise for at least 30 minutes to get your heart rate up, 3 days a week.

Maybe try swimming or walking in a swimming pool..not sure what your health problems are but any activity in a pool is usually easier on someone...good luck on losing weight..
