It's normal mate! We all feel the same! YOu've satisfied your sexual urge and are now ...relaxed. It takes time to produce sperm again and to want more. It is the same for both men and women although women could do it again!!!
Sometimes just masturbating doesn't do it for me either, so much better when you have someone else with you. I think best option is to wait a while until the next time you get with someone so that you can get the "feeling" back
