What is the highest level of allantoin in dermatological preparations? I have very problematic skin, acne and skin eruptions are very often appearances. I tried with some lotions and powders, but I’m still not satisfied.

There are so many allantoine preparations available in drugstores. There are plenty of things that allantoin can do for your skin. It is healing, moisturizing, soothing agent. It is active keratolytic and cell proliferating natural product, found in fetal allantoic fluid.. Concentrations up to 2% are effective enough.
I think that most of your skin problems can be solved with some good allantoin gell, based on aluminiumchlorhydroxy allantoinate or some allantoine salt.
