Hello!
I need advice. I am feeling always tired and sleepy. I do not know why is that. Somebody please, help me!

Hey there,
Do you sleep good? Do you have a good bed…this is very important.
Also nutrition…do you eat as recommended by food pyramid. Maybe you have to be more physically active…there are some many options… besides the life style, there are many options for diseases and disorders… could be diabetes… I don’t know, I don’t want to scare you. I am just guessing, besides I am not medically trained.
