I'm thirteen and female. I can never get up in the morning and I have to sleep with an alarm clock right by my ear. I always have to drag myself through the day and fall asleep in morning classes. I've tried sleeping earlier, sleeping more, ect. Also, I have next to no appetite. I used to eat the full cafeteria lunch. Now all I can manage is a small snack and a small can of lemonade. Any more and I'm full. i have Suffered from depression before but i'm not now. Finals are coming up next week so I need to fix this to be prepared. Can anyone help me?
