Am i paranoid or is something wrong?

Im still paranoid a little bit.

How firm should testicles be? Some days theyll feel like grapes and sometimes they firm up a little bit more and feel almost like popcorn chicken nuggets (boneless).

They're not rock hard, but i dont feel that squishy layer thats on top when they normally feel like grapes. Could this be from dehydration? I usually just snack around but i never really sit down and actually drink something unless im having a meal, which is probably once a day.

Yep dehydratoin i believe can have some effect on the firmness of your testicles but i think the main reason is blood flow. do you knowtice that your testicles get larger/firmer when your are sexually aroused? it is normal for the testees to change in firmness form time to time everyones do, mine included. sometimes there quite soft and smaller other times they are firm and larger.

So i woke up today with a bump on my scrotum. I wouldn't really describe it as a bump though, more of a small spot of thick scrotal skin because its not hard. It is not colored weird or red or anything and there's no white head. I can really only feel it when the scrotum is tight though, so maybe its just irritated.


I was googling around and since it showed up so suddenly (4 hours of sleep) it suggests it may just be a pimple. Seeing as i am going through puberty what do you guys think? And i hate how this is all coincidentally occurring at the same time im paranoid.

Took a close look and in the center of this bump was a tiny white hair, so i plucked it out thinking it might be irritated. And i saw a couple more but they werent surrounded by thick and irritated skin like the other one was. Did a quick google and small white hairs on your scrotum are normal. So maybe i plucked the irritated hair out and the bump will go down tomorrow. Its been 2 minutes since i plucked out the hair and the bump is already less itchy.

If you had torsion you would be in terrible pain and barely be able to walk. I had torsion about 3 months ago, and sometimes the testicles twist and then untwist themselves. Mine fortunately untwisted themselves and didnt have to undergo surgery. If you nick them and it hurts for a little while you're fine. If it last for more than about 5minutes you could have twisted one of them. a little swelling can happen when you nick them and its OK. Hope this helps

im the same its one of my worrys like im always checking them and lately ive been aching on my left testicl im always sitting down i read it can make them hurt i did the hernia test an felt something jump which made them hurt more but im like that minute i sense anything everything hurts they hurt before, a month ago and went so maybe im mental and my testicles havent got lumps i can feel i do have a big vein in the left but thats in my genes bro has it . and im not sure if i felt anything or did my testicles just jump im not sure when i did the cough test and i check them lots like 5 times a day im worried so maybe that makes them hurt more and i dont notice it in the day like a college sitting and walk just a home i sit crossed legged alot and i feel quiet afew things near them like tubes which scare me and when i touch them my sack shrinks up it doesnt hurt and no blood in semen/pee and can still get it up and ejaculate fine any ideas
