Well birth control needs time to work. And also her body needs to adjust to the birth control. So taking birth control right after sex will not do much.
However there are pills like Plan B (Day after pill) that girl can take after she had sex. But this pill is not recommended to take often because it can mess with ones body system.

In my opinion she shouldn't get pregnant. But you can never say with 100%. Only the time will show.
Some HPTs will work before the missed period, but normally they do not. If you don't want to get a "false" positive or negative, I suggest waiting until after she misses her period. Plus, You are just wasting money. Trust me...I have ready everything there is about HPTs, ovulation tests, implantation, conception (the list could go on and on) because I am trying to get prego :-)

Supposedly, the First Response are the best at early detection, but they are still not "fool" proof. It just depends on the woman and how much of the pregnancy hormone she procudes. Those tests even say that if you get a negative response before your missed period, you should take another one after your missed period. I like the digital tests that say the actual word(s) "Pregnant" or "Not Pregnant"...an easy clear-cut answer...no reading the lines or trying to decipher which line means pregnant :-) ClearBlue has a good digital...its been accurate for me every time...even though its not the respone I want :'(

ok it been about 2 weeks and she had her period it was 5 days long could she still be pregnat even though she has had her period? online they say shes cant and she can . im not sure
now im even more scaried
She's definitely not pregnant...seriously...stop being so scared. If she had a normal period, there is nothing to worry about. Very few women get what they think is a "period" the first month of pregnancy. It is actually implantation bleeding and is much much lighter than a period and only lasts 1-2 days. If there was anything abnormal with her period she would have noticed. There are the extreme cases of women who have a period all during pregnancy, but this is very very rare.
Don't worry...you're in the clear...this time. Be careful...don't get yourself in this situation again.

hi there agian just wondering she had her second period ,its been two mounths now and she told me she has felt nothing and i should not worry. do i have any thing to worry about?
You have absolutely nothing to worry about! Go back to being a teenager (a safe one), and stop stressing yourself over this!
