I would advise using a condom and plenty of lubricant, on your boyfriend and your anus.
As to increasing pleasure all I can think of is using a position where you're in control, such as doggy style or he lays/sits down and you lower yourself down onto him.

what i have read online is that you need to use lots of lube. first have him use his finger to loosen you up(with lube), that way it wont hurt when he sticks in his penis. Go real slow and easy, you need to be completely relaxed, if you tense up, your body will do the same, rub your clit so u enjoy it more and calm yourself. reapply lube when the time seems appropriate
