I too get these ‘anxiety’ hives. I’ve found to carry a heavy foundation with me at all times. I’ll slip into the bathroom when I feel it coming on.. douse my neck and chest with this makeup foundation. It totally hides the ‘red blotchies’ Then in my mind just knowing everyone can’t see them, and no one will comment on them makes me feel much more relaxed which allows them to fade faster!! I also think deep breaths help too. I was sick of wearing ugly turtle necks and scarves all the time. Just knowing I have that in my purse really keeps the anxiety at bay
cholinergic urticaria. Stress induced hives. I got this all through teenage years to college. I’m not 33 and haven’t have any huge episodes in almost 10 years if it makes any of you feel better. I guess I grew out of it, but anytime I got embarrassed, overheated, took too hot of a shower, etc. heat rash is what I used to call it. Possibly look up cholinergic urticaria and see if there’s any treatment options. Good luck to all of you!
Telfast fenox worked for me
What are stress hives? How they appear? And how can you treat them?
