Well, that is just because you spelt it wrong, it is in fact kawasaki disease. With an A instead of an O. It is an autoimmune disorder that affects the skin, lymph nodes and blood vessels, and ultimately the heart. Usually, kawasaki disease can be treated with not much trouble, and under a percent of those that contract kawasaki disease die. It can be fatal though, especially when left untreated.
