any new reaserch for cerebellar atrophy.

I am 26 year old.I have cerebellar atrophy from past 5 years.I want to know is there any new reaserch done for these disorder.I have consulted  every neurologist doctors of india.

MRI BRAIN REPORT SUGGEST I HAVE MILD CEREBELLAR ATROPHY.

PLEASE SUGGEST ME IS THERE ANY NEW REASERCH DONE.
