does anyone have any quick remidies for athletes foot?
i have it worse than ive ever had it and its been a few weeks now. i started using some antifungal spray on my feet and my shoes, but it hasnt helped at all yet.
the itching is really starting to drive me crazy, help!

The few times I have had it, I used the cream.
I also made sure to change my socks several times a day. Besides that, I don't know.

Use the cream. Use the cream several times a day. The spray is just not going to cut it.
Bleach out the shower (just throw some bleach in after a shower) every day. Rinse it out before you use the shower again.
We also use the Tinactin Foot Powder in socks also.

Hmm... it's been probably 10+ years since I've had that. And I've only had it once.
Can campho phenique be used as a treatment for athlete's foot?
